This article mainly studied on the issues of the effectiveness the small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment channels.The advent of the Internet Plus era has seen accelerated flow of talents,fiercer fight for the talented,and augmented pressure for recruitment lying on the shoulders of the enterprises.Due to the constraints in its development,small and medium sized enterprises has been the underdog you in such battles for the talented.With China's "Demographic Dividend" fading away,the woes of the small and medium sized enterprises in recruitment will be exacerbated.As the entrance for talent acquisition,the recruitment channels have immediate impacts on the qualities as well as quantities of applicants.Thanks to the technological development,the new recruitment channels have emerged out of the old.How to choose the appropriate recruitment channels and maximize the effectiveness has become a difficult problem to tackle for small and medium sized enterprises with a low employer brand as well as a tight budget.This article compromise six parts,with Introduction being Part One,summary of recruitment channels and effectiveness of recruitment channels Part Two and Three.In Part Four,a case study of Company B is presented and discussed.Part Five is the study of countermeasures,putting forward a few with regards to the recruitment optimization as well as effectiveness promotion for small and medium sized enterprises.Conclusion and outlook are included in the final part.Taking Company B as an example for case study,the article expounds the status qua of recruitment channels for small and medium sized enterprises as well as factors influencing such effectiveness,analyzes and brings forwards one reasonable countermeasures in the end.The improvement of recruitment channel effectiveness for small and medium sized enterprises not only depends on "Choosing,Using,Culturing and Retaining" the effective channels,but also lies in the effectiveness promotion of every link in the recruiting and employing practices.Besides,more attention should be paid to maximizing the effectiveness of low-cost recruitment channels and,at the same time,the positive significance that has been brought about by building employer brands.
