Research On The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements Based On Coupled Model

China entered industrialization relatively late.At the initial stage of industrialization,it mainly relied on the absorption of external technologies to rapidly develop the economy.At present,under the overall policy of “supply-side reform”,China's economy has entered a period of transformation,and the commercialization of research findings has become an urgent need to be resolved.The key issue is one of the foundations of industrial upgrading and technological innovation.On the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,based on coupling theory tools,this paper studies the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Zhongguancun,and explores the transformation in China through Zhongguancun.Firstly,this paper studies the mode of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Zhongguancun(including path analysis,operation mechanism and transformation mode),the current situation and the main differences with Silicon Valley mode.Through the macro-analysis,it is considered that transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Zhongguancun is the coupling between the main bodies of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,including the macro-level government and market.Coupling of universities or research institutes,enterprises,industries or commercializationSecondly,based on the coupling principle,the empirical analysis of the transformation of Zhongguancun scientific and technological achievements,from the current data analysis,the specific performance of Zhongguancun scientific and technological achievements transformation,and find the reasons for the constraints from the specific performance.Finally,it is concluded that the coupling degree of Zhongguancun scientific and technological achievements is low.Among them,the main factor is the relationship between various factors and the corresponding market environment and policy intensity are not the main reasons,and on this basis policy suggestion.
