Collaborative Research On Regional Innovation Ecosystem

In the more intense regional competition situation,whether regional innovation capability can be improved becomes the key to regional competitive advantage.Especially after China entered the stage of high-quality economic growth in 2018,the innovation drive was promoted to the regional medium-and long-term development strategy.As the latest research results after the innovation cluster theory and the innovation system theory,the regional innovation ecosystem theory has a natural advantage in revealing the law of regional innovation activities and improving regional innovation efficiency under the economic background of complex integration of multiple innovation elements.In view of this,this paper takes the regional innovation ecosystem as the research object,and makes chapter layout on the collaborative innovation theory,collaborative model analysis and collaborative empirical analysis of regional innovation ecosystem.First,conduct a theoretical analysis of regional innovation ecosystem synergies.Based on the review of the relevant theoretical research on the innovation ecosystem,the core characteristics of the innovative ecosystem thinking are analyzed from the three aspects of connotation,structure and operation,and the concept evolution of "ecosystem-innovation ecosystem-regional innovation ecosystem"is adopted.Path,analyze the synergistic nature of the regional innovation ecosystem,and finally build a cooperative model of regional innovation ecosystem population based on the metaphor of ecosystem population characteristics.Secondly,carry out the analysis of the collaborative model of regional innovation ecosystem.Introducing the concepts of niche breadth,symbiosis evolution and coupling coordination into the process of regional innovation ecosystem evolution,and designing an eco-symbiosis that can empirically analyze the symbiotic evolution law of the regional innovation ecosystem and the coupling law between the innovation subject and the environment.Collaborative model and niche coupled collaborative model.Finally,a collaborative empirical analysis of regional innovation ecosystems is conducted.Shaanxi Province was selected as the empirical analysis sample area of regional innovation ecosystem.The analysis of regional innovation development practice in Shaanxi Province during 2011-2017 was carried out.The overall development level of regional innovation ecosystem in Shaanxi Province,the main body of knowledge economy and the main body of commercial economy were selected.The symbiotic relationship and the coupling and coordination level between the innovation subject and the innovation environment are analyzed.It is found that the regional innovation development process in Shaanxi Province mainly has the following problems:First,the knowledge economy of Shaanxi Province in terms of the synergistic result of ecological symbiosis between subjects There is a niche competition relationship between the innovative population subject and the commercial economic innovation population.This is in line with the increase in expenditures in Shaanxi Province in the past five years,but the actual situation of the decline in the proportion of sales revenue of new products is the same.Second,in terms of the coupling degree of the eco-location coupling coordination model between the innovation subject and the innovation environment,the main body of Shaanxi Province-The environment is in the running-in phase,indicating that the supply and demand relationship status of the innovative resources of the two are still in a low equilibrium state.Third,in terms of the coordination degree of the eco-location coupling coordination model between the innovation subject and the innovation environment,both the innovation subject and the innovation environment are At a high speed of development,but the development speed of the innovation environment is relatively backward,which makes the relationship between the supply and demand of the low-balanced innovation resources of the two is further widened.Finally,in view of these existing problems,combined with the detailed analysis results of Shaanxi's regional innovation main body and innovation environment,the coordinated development measures of regional innovation ecosystem in Shaanxi Province are proposed.
