Research On The Cooperation And Competition Mode Of Enterprises From The Perspective Of Business Method Patent

Under the background of economic globalization,due to the interaction of economy,enterprises begin to pay attention to the new mode of cooperation and competition.However,the emergence of industrial integration makes it difficult for enterprises to identify their real cooperative competitors,thus affecting enterprises to formulate reasonable cooperative competition strategies.Patent information provides a new perspective for the research of enterprise cooperation and competition.Patent information,as a collection of the latest technology development level,has the obvious advantages of novel content,practical reliability and large amount of information.It is an important indicator to measure the technical ability of an enterprise and has great potential value for the business decision-making of an enterprise.In recent years,the patent in business method field has attracted the attention of enterprises.Mining business method patent information can be used to evaluate the technology status of itself and the other party reasonably,which is a rare data source for the research of enterprise cooperation and competition.This paper focuses on the field of business method patent,using the patent data of 42 key enterprises,with the help of the theory and methodology of enterprise cooperation and competition,patent,clustering and other fields,to explore the existing cooperation and competition mode among enterprises.In this paper,the patent portfolio is used to reveal the internal technology capability of enterprises,and the improved k-means clustering method is used to divide the enterprises with similar technology capability into a group.Then patent reference is used to mine the technological dependence among enterprises,and the enterprises with high dependence are divided into a group by the improved cure hierarchical clustering method.Then,according to the results of two groups of enterprises,we get the cross graph of the relationship between enterprises.Finally,according to the cross graph,we summarize and analyze the four modes of cooperation and competition between enterprises and the corresponding strategies.The experimental results show that there are four modes of cooperation and competition among enterprises,which are coexistence mode of competition and cooperation,dominant mode of competition,dominant mode of cooperation and complementary mode.Among them,the enterprises under the co-existence mode of competition and cooperation have similar technological capabilities and highly dependent relationships.The enterprises under the competitive dominant mode have similar technological capability and low dependence.Under the cooperation leading mode,enterprises have different technological capabilities and highly dependent relationships.Enterprises in the complementary mode have different technological capabilities and low dependence.Enterprises in different modes should adopt different cooperative and competitive strategies in order to improve their core competitiveness.
