The Visual Foxpro Implementation And Application Of Chinese Industry Patent Citation Database

Citation analysis has been an important part of bibliometrics. People reveal mutual relations between literatures by cited and quoted situation and evaluate the results of scientific research reflecting from the literature. Patent literature is an important scientific and technical literature. Most of technical inventions are recorded in patent literature, and moreover patent data has the characteristics of easiness, comprehensiveness, accuracy, long time series, hence patent citation analysis become an important branch of patent citations.In recent years, China's patent citation analysis of the study focused on the phenomenon of mutual quote of patent literature and other scientific literature, expecting to take this give an accurate evaluation about basic research on the impact of technological innovation and promoting the basic research by technological innovation. That is theoretical research of knowledge transfer mechanism. By comparison, foreign patent citation analysis has developed more mature. Its focus has shifted to analyze intelligence content of enterprise technology strategy, technical strength and technical features through adopting the patent citations. But the current domestic industry has not been established patent citation database and a large number of inter-industrial information could not get the favorable information to their own business. Patent Law was applicable in 1985, State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China has cumulated a lot of patent citation data. These data are intellectual treasure, potential fortune and policymaking reliance. In order to make use of these patent citation data and improve the value of whole Chinese patent information. "Chinese Industry Patent Citation Database" must be built rapidly.The study of this dissertation work and results include:(1)The establishment of industries patent citation database principles and standards were studied;(2) This dissertation established industry patent citation database in Visual Foxpro language and we can get statistical information of patent and citation through the primary and advanced search. Meanwhile enterprise can rapid obtain valuable information;(3)For the case to e-commerce patent, to have management analysis of E-commerce patent by means of E-commerce industry patent citation database It includes four aspects: patent citation statistics, analysis of important countries, the company analysis and analysis of this important patent cited. And analyze detailed the development of the e-commerce patents.
