| Since entering the 21st century,the market economy has developed rapidly,and the competition among the traditional small and medium-sized enterprises is more intense.At the same time,the emergence of new retail mode,but also to the impact of traditional enterprises.Enterprises in order to adapt to the current economic environment,are trying to expand the size of enterprises and the pursuit of higher income,hope to better survive.However,small and medium-sized enterprises often ignore the importance of inventory management in the enterprise,there is no effective inventory management.Because of the particularity of inventory,it occupies a large amount of resources and involves many links in the enterprise.The quality of inventory management will directly restrict the development of enterprises.Therefore,the construction of scientific and standardized inventory management system and methods has become the goal of the enterprise.In this paper,the representative Y commodity circulation enterprise is selected as the research object.After consulting and studying the literature about inventory management at home and abroad,the relevant theories of inventory management are sorted out.After adopting scientific research method to study and analyze the inventory management of Y enterprise,find out the existing problems of the inventory management of Y enterprise,and then analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding solution combining with the theory of inventory management,and puts forward the feasible suggestions for the small and medium-sized enterprises.This article first through carries on the on-the-spot investigation to the Y enterprise and consults the related material,grasps the Y enterprise inventory management present situation.According to the theory of inventory management,it is found that there are the following problems in the inventory management of Y enterprise: firstly,the inventory management system is not perfect and the management is chaotic;The third is the lack of data analysis mechanism,data utilization is low.According to the actualproblems existing in enterprises,the deep-seated reasons behind the problems are explored.It was found that the problems were caused by the extensive operation mode adopted by Y enterprise,the lack of understanding of inventory management by managers,the lack of effective supervision within the enterprise and the lack of training of management knowledge.Therefore,the enterprise procurement,storage,sales links to carry out an all-round optimization management,proposed targeted improvement measures,such as the establishment of the responsibility system of enterprise managers,increase data mining and use,establish an effective monitoring mechanism.Through the research and analysis of Y enterprise,we hope to optimize the inventory management of Y enterprise,improve the level of inventory management,and then enhance the profit and competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve stable development.At the same time,it can find out the shortage of inventory management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and then put forward the corresponding solution.Finally,I hope to enrich the theory and practice of inventory management through the case study of Y enterprise inventory management. |
