Putting the inner logistics management of power plants in order is the breakthrough of reducing power costs and realizing the management innovation. Study on material supermarket management pattern can help the power plants run logistics in full direction and process, stimulating to control the cost and improving the market competitive ability. This paper starts from the establishment of material supermarket and uses variable weight fuzzy synthetic evaluation to set up a model to select and evaluate vendors. Then in the premise of realizing the joint advantage between suppliers and demanders, delivery cycle and supplement amount model is put forward under the least stock cost and solutions are found by the optimum way. VC++ and Access data base are used to realize the process of consignment to material supermarket. Finally, the operation way of material supermarket is analyzed. By making a thorough study of material supermarket management, the material supply can be in good order. |
