SS Corporation is the first shoe company listed on A-share(securities code: 002291),and one of the leading multi brand operators in China's fashion shoe industry.Since its inception,the company focuses on providing fashionable and comfortable footwear products and services for Chinese consumers.The company adopts the operation mode of vertical integration of multi brands and the whole industrial chain,and its business includes demand research,brand planning,commodity planning,design and development,production and supply,marketing and promotion,retail franchising,customer service,etc.through the construction of multi brand combinations with different consumption segments and different styles,it can meet the different dressing needs of various consumers.However,with the continuous emergence of global economic integration,network marketing,big data and other sales forms,and with the development of new retail,O2 O,JIT and other sales modes,there are many problems in the actual operation of the company.For example,the operation cost is too high,the efficiency is low,the information level is low,the operation process is not standardized,and the management awareness is poor.Therefore,the company decided to use the amoeba business model for reform and realize the development vision of "grow together and pursue excellence" with its employees.Amoeba management is the business strategy of Kyocera Company of Inamori Hefu.It is to divide the enterprise into the smallest operating individuals,and establish a set of independent accounting system between the individuals,so as to train management talents with a strong concept of cost,income and profit,and realize the purpose of all employees participating in the operation and sharing the benefits and achievements.This paper is compiled according to the ideas of putting forward,analyzing and solving problems.Under the strategic requirements of amoeba business model reform of the company,combined with the relevant theoretical system and the analysis of its own problems,the logistics department proposed targeted amoeba reform cases by analyzing the key points.Through unifying the core idea,quantifying the decentralization and pricing,benefit sharing mechanism,and solidifying the standard process,we can promote the reform of amoeba business model.Combined with the effect analysis,the preliminary conclusion and evaluation are obtained.Finally,the significance of this case study is put forward.We hope that through sorting out and sharing the experience of amoeba business reform,we can play a reference role for our domestic counterparts.In the future,we hope to share the platform and maximize the use of social logistics resources.In order to save the cost of social logistics and improve the efficiency of social logistics.
