With the rapid development of the current experience,the rapid changes in the financial environment at home and abroad,financial products continue to innovate.As an important part of the traditional financial market,the banking system is still regarded as an important part of the financial system at present.However,the banking industry keeps expanding its business scope,insurance fund trust and other fields that previously strictly restricted Banks' involvement have ceased to exist at present.With the extension of the current intelligent field and the rapid development of Internet finance,the banking industry has also launched an endless stream of modern financial products with the help of a large number of customer groups.However,in the current situation of interest rate liberalization and the popularity of financial information,Banks are aggressively expanding their scope,while the effective implementation of internal monitoring of their operation and risk management is facing serious challenges.In recent years,frequent cases of internal control violations are sounding the alarm.It is particularly important to accelerate the implementation of internal control compliance construction to optimize the current supervision.As an important secondary branch of agricultural bank of China,agricultural bank of China S branch,a large state-owned bank,is constantly expanding its business and improving its performance in the form of continuous revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China.However,it also faces the pressure of operation and risk management.In the process of constantly increasing market share and expanding business branch network,it also has deficiencies in operation management and risk prevention,which is not conducive to its long-term steady development.Aiming at the study of branch S,this paper firstly conducted a detailed investigation and visit,collected relevant data through questionnaire survey,and made a scientific classification and summary.Meanwhile,by referring to relevant literature on the network,it put forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures comprehensively.There are six chapters in this paper.The first part is the introduction of the research topic,which includes the research background,significance,content,methods and current situation at home and abroad.The second part is to analyze the current theories related to the internal control of bank operation risk management at the theoretical level.The third part is to introduce the current development of agricultural bank of China S branch and analyze the current operation control through the current data.The fourth part analyzes the main problems existing in the internal control of S branch through the analysis of indicators.The fifth part analyzes the current indicators,quantifies the previously obtained indicators through the analytic hierarchy process and the gray scale correlation method,and finally determines the indicators that can be optimized through the corresponding weights,Finally,the sixth part proposes the optimized internal control measures according to the existing problems and the weight.
