With the advent of the cm of knowledge economy and the development of economic globalizalion,China’s export trade is developing from labor inlensive to technology and knowledge intensive This threatens the market of many domestic enterprises in developed countries.In order to safeguard their own interests.developed countries start to use various tradc barriers to obstruct the entry of high-tech products in China by virtue of their technological advantages.As a hidden non-tariff bamier,intellectual property trade barrier came into being under the background of advocating trade freedom.The United States is an important trading pariner of China and a major importer of high-tech products of our country.In order to maintain their market,domestic enterprises in the United States will take various trade measures aecordingly.The 337 survey in the United States.as a typical trade barrier to intellecual property rights,is one of its usual means.Especilly after China’s accession to the WTO,China’s export products are frequently investigated by the United States in 337,and in recent yaers,the investigation on China’s high-tech products is emerging in an endless stream,Therefore,in the 337 survey on China for miniuture,based on the current siuation of China’s high-tech products exports,China’s high-tech products exports because of the influence of intellectual properly rights trade barriers and based on this,advances our country high-tech exports how to deal with the us·led western developed countrics of intellectual property rights barriers,has a certain theorctical and practical significance.This paper combines theoretical research with empirical analysis to deeply discuss the impact of intellectual property trade barriers on the export of high-tech products in China.Firstly.this paper introduces The research background,research significance.relevant theoretical basis and research literature of China’s high-tech products and the intellectual property trade barriers they encounter,so as to pave the way for the empirical study of this paper.Secondly,it explores the mechanism and trade effect of intellectual property trade barriers.Then,based on the most representative survey of 337 in the United States,this paper summarizes the current situation of intellectual property trade barriers encountered in the export of high-tech products in China,and analyzes its characteristics,trends,causes and influences.Thirdly,the gravity model is used for empirical analysis to determine its influence degree.Finally,according to the present situation of intellectual property trade barriers encountered in the export of high-tech products in China and the empirical results of the model,the feasibility Suggestions of improving the export of high-tech products and dealing with intellectual property trade barriers are put forward.It is found that the establishment of intellectual property trade barriers has a positive impact on the export of high-tech products in China to some extent.In order to make full use of its positive influence,avoid its negative influence as far as possible,or to achieve the strategic goal that its positive influence is far greater than its negative influence,so as to further realize the crossing of intellectual property trade barriers.Through the research of this paper,it is helpful to enrich the theory of intellectual property trade barriers and intellectual property protection,expand the export channels of high-tech products,and improve the international influence of high-tech products in China.
