This article is to reveal the intellectual property protection in China and the current situation of China’s high-tech products exports, secondly analyzed China’s high-tech products exports in the current situation and existing problems in the protection of intellectual property rights, and then points out that the protection of intellectual property and mechanism of the influence of the new high-tech product export in our country, then the proposed protection of intellectual property rights strategy suitable to China’s national conditions, I wish through their own shallow analysis to our country to cope with the international trade of intellectual property right protection, and provides some effective ways to promote the rapid development of high-tech products export trade in our country.
