The Influence Of Intellectual Property Barriers On The Export Trade Of High-tech Products In China

In the current time of rapid economic growth,with the advent of knowledge revolution,all countries pay more attention on advanced science and technology,and it has accelerated the spread between them.High-tech products trade is experiencing new opportunities and challenges.Among them,the trade friction caused by intellectual property disputes occurs frequently.Countries tend to protect their high-tech products trade by setting up intellectual property barriers.At present,China's high-tech products develop rapidly.The advantages in quality and price make them competitive in the international market.It has also led to a growing foreign trade protection for "made in China".In the context of trade liberalization,traditional trade barriers develop difficultly.Therefore,the intellectual property barriers,such as patent barriers and standardization of patent technology,are becoming more and more active.And it has great influence on the trade of high-tech products in China.China's two major trade markets,the United States and the European Union,have taken different approaches to impeding the export of high-tech products of China.The United States is dominated by "337",while the European Union is more focused on the abuse of the TRIPS rules.China has become a major victim of intellectual property barriers.This paper takes intellectual property barrier as the research object,with high-tech products export as the entry point,based on the domestic research and foreign research.The influence of intellectual property barriers on the export trade of high-tech products has been analyzed.First,Makes a basic knowledge of intellectual property introduce in the intellectual property barriers,high-tech products,etc.Secondly,taking the United States and the European Union as an example to analyze the current situation and the impact of intellectual property barrier in China.The influence is mainly divided into negative and positive aspects.Finally,the corresponding solutions are proposed to deal with intellectual property barriers in the future.
