Research On Technology Finance Promoting The Development Of Hard Technology Industry In Xi'an

China is in a critical period of technological innovation and development,and it needs strong new dynamic support.As one of the new driving forces to effectively promote the development of science and technology,science and technology finance must be paid attention to.However,the current problem of low resource utilization caused by the mismatch between supply and demand in the development of science and technology finance affects the process of science and technology finance to promote science and technology development.The introduction of hard technology coincided with this critical period.Xi'an first proposed and vigorously developed hard technology enterprises.Hard technology belongs to the category of science and technology,and the development of science and technology finance will definitely affect the development process of Xi'an hard technology enterprises.Under this background,this article combs the existing research on science and technology finance,combined with the field research results of Xi'an hard technology enterprises,and sorts out a more comprehensive science and technology financial element system as a research framework.Based on the questionnaire survey of enterprises' demand for technology finance and supply satisfaction,this paper analyzes the current situation of technology finance supply and demand in Xi'an,and quantitatively analyzes the matching situation of technology finance supply and demand in Xi'an hard technology enterprises by constructing a technology finance supply and demand matching model to propose suitable Development strategy.First of all,through combing and analyzing related research,the connotation of technology finance and hard technology is defined,and a more comprehensive system of technology finance elements is organized.Secondly,the system is subdivided into a science and technology financial demand factor system and a science and technology financial supply factor system.Based on this,a questionnaire for the development of science and technology financial supply and demand in Xi'an hard technology enterprises is designed.From the perspective of different life cycles,explore the status of supply and demand of science and technology finance for the development of Xi'an hard technology enterprises.Then,on the basis of the above analysis,draw on the supply and demand matching models of relevant scholars to build a technology finance supply and demand matching model,calculate the matching degree of technology finance supply and demand in Xi'an different life cycle hard technology enterprises,and quantitatively analyze the current development problems.The results show that the current science and technology finance is promoting the development of Xi'an hard technology enterprises.The government's technology talents,related policies and special funds support,the construction of financial and intermediary service institutions,and the innovation and development of PE / VC are inadequate.There is a clear mismatch between the current financial supply and the development needs of hard technology companies.Finally,based on the results of the above research and analysis,combined with the current status of science and technology financial support of Xi'an 's hard technology companies,it has combed the research on the current development model of science and technology finance at home and abroad,and innovatively proposed that the government should be the lead and the multi-party financial institutions linkage should be used to assist.Internet finance support and PE / VC and other investment support are important branches,which are suitable for the development of a new model of science and technology finance for the development of hard technology enterprises in Xi'an;and further put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of science and technology finance in Xi'an.
