Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Rural Economic Development Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

China’s rural collective economy is an important part of China’s rural economy.Expanding the rural collective economy is the key content of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,an important support for improving the combat effectiveness of grass-roots party organizations,and an important guarantee for the realization of agricultural and rural modernization with Chinese characteristics.However,from the current situation of rural economic development in China,there are still many problems,such as low overall development level,unbalanced regional development,weakening of collective economic organizations and so on.Based on the above background,this paper takes X county as a typical case,comprehensively analyzes the development status and existing problems of rural economy in X county,and puts forward countermeasures suitable for the development of rural economy in X county.Based on the clear definition of the concepts of Rural Revitalization and rural collective economy,this paper analyzes the development status of rural economy in X county under the background of Rural Revitalization by using the methods of literature research,investigation and case analysis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures by analyzing the causes of the problems.This paper analyzes the relationship between Rural Revitalization and rural collective economy from multiple angles,and focuses on the relationship between industrial revitalization and the new rural collective economy at this stage.It is suggested that X county seize the important opportunity of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,focus on the industrial revitalization,unify the ideas of cadres and the masses,improve the long-term policy assistance mechanism and the village collective economic supervision system,develop agricultural socialized services in the form of a variety of new agricultural business entities,constantly develop and expand the rural economy,and steadily promote the realization of Rural Revitalization.
