Research On Cognitive Level And Influencing Factors Of Multi-subject Participation In Industrial Revitalization In Xilin County

Poverty is an important bottleneck hindering national development,so poverty eradication has been the direction of our efforts.Since 2020,China has basically completed the task of comprehensive poverty alleviation,China has entered the era of " post-poverty alleviation," and has established a five-year transition period in the effective convergence stage of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.During this period,with the help of multiple subjects,good industrial revitalization is an effective link to further promote industrial poverty alleviation and industrial prosperity.However,how to guide multi-subjects to actively participate in industrial revitalization not only contributes to the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the promotion of rural revitalization strategy in China at the present stage,but also provides extraordinary theoretical and practical significance for mankind to further study the elimination of relative poverty and absolute poverty.Considering the reality that the cognitive level of each subject participating in the development of industrial revitalization is inconsistent,this paper uses the multi-center governance theory,the ternary interaction decision theory and the sustainable development theory to build a cognitive framework of multiple subjects on the development of sustainable rural industrial revitalization.The cognitive level is divided into three parts : industrial revitalization factor,multiple synergy factor and subject factor,and 30 hypotheses are further obtained.In order to verify the hypothesis,the author went deep into Xilin County,Baise City,Guangxi,and obtained 221 valid questionnaires.Firstly,through factor analysis,this paper verifies that the influencing factors can be extracted into three main factors,namely,industrial revitalization factor,multiple synergy factor and subject factor,which proves that the theoretical model of this paper is reasonable and has certain popularization.Secondly,the analysis of variance is used to test the cognitive heterogeneity of the four subjects.It is found that at present,in China ’ s county regions,the four subjects(government,farmers,enterprises or cooperatives,and other organizations)have differences in the cognitive level of industrial revitalization.The cognitive level of farmers is the highest,followed by other organizations,followed by the government,and finally enterprises or cooperatives.Finally,in order to verify the30 hypotheses,this paper uses correlation analysis and stepwise regression to obtain nine positive correlation factors that affect the cognitive level of multi-subject participation in industrial revitalization,including personal income,industrial revitalization satisfaction,industrial revitalization understanding,satisfaction-government participation,multi-collaborative mechanism cognition,mutual exchange of ideas,timely response to service scores,conflict resolution,and farmers ’ demand for economic support.Finally,this paper puts forward three optimization paths : guiding revitalization action and building long-term mechanism;optimizing the influencing factors to form synergy;stimulate the main force,promote win-win cooperation.
