China is rich in tourism resources and the rapid development of tourism industry,the number of tourism enterprises is also increasing rapidly.But overall,China's tourism development present a mismatch between supply and demand and supply side resources nervous,staff turnover is aggravated,the instability of staff also brings to the development of tourism enterprises larger negative effects,increased operating costs,especially the loss of key position talents,make tourism enterprises bear big loss.For tourism enterprises,only by constantly optimizing their human resource management can they survive.In this context,through literature review,case analysis and other methods,and based on the data obtained from the questionnaire,this paper studies the staff turnover problem of travel agency A and the countermeasures.In the introduction,the background and significance of the research are introduced,followed by the research ideas and methods.Review and summarize the relevant theoretical basis,involving the hierarchy of needs theory,psychological contract theory,organizational commitment theory,job satisfaction theory,incentive theory,to lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the following.Based on the data obtained from the survey,this paper has A comprehensive understanding of the status quo of human resources of A travel agency and the general situation of staff turnover of A travel agency,and summarizes the impact of staff turnover on A travel agency.Through on-the-spot visit A travel agency,after doing A large amount of investigation and statistic work,finally find out the main problem with A travel agency staffs loss phenomenon exists in the performance appraisal,compensation management,staff development and training in these aspects,thus studies the human resources management theory with the tool,to further argument analysis problems.Finally,the countermeasures are as follows: optimizing performance management;Improve compensation management;Establish a fair competition mechanism,help employees to make a clear plan,the rate of staff turnover into the leadership assessment,and foster a candid communication of corporate culture;Strengthen staff training.The countermeasures proposed in this paper are highly targeted and practical,which have certain reference value for A travel agency and similar travel agencies to improve the quality of human resources management and reduce the rate of staff turnover.It is hoped that this survey and research can help A travel agency retain talents,so as to accelerate the realization of the strategic goals of A travel agency.
