Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Honghu Town

The state has always attached great importance to poverty alleviation work.In 2015,the central poverty alleviation and development work commission set the goal of poverty alleviation by 2020 in order to make poor areas and poor people into a well-off society.The unique geographical features of chongqing make it have multiple identities of metropolis,large rural areas and mountainous areas at the same time.The number of poor people is huge.Among the 38 districts and counties in chongqing,14 are national-level poor counties.Although honghu town is not a national poverty area,the task of poverty alleviation is still arduous.This paper,by means of questionnaire survey and literature research,studies the poverty alleviation status and problems of honghu town industry by using poverty related theories.The first is to define the concepts related to poverty and to elaborate the basic theories related to poverty.The second is to describe the status quo of industrial poverty alleviation in honghu town,and to elaborate the basic situation of honghu town and its implementation and effect of industrial poverty alleviation.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems existing in the poverty alleviation of honghu town,such as the policy implementation is not in place,the competitive advantage is not prominent,the driving effect is not obvious,the use of funds is not accurate,the channel of income is not smooth.It is pointed out that the problems of poverty alleviation in honghu town are caused by the lack of systematic thinking,the lack of reform,the lack of policy guidance,the lack of problem orientation and the lack of sharing ideas.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced methods of industrial poverty alleviation in other regions and combining with the actual situation of honghu town,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on industrial poverty alleviation in honghu town.Second,actively promote reform to improve the competitive advantage of poverty alleviation industry;Third,strengthen policy support,strengthen leading enterprises to drive ability;Fourth,strengthen the problem-oriented,do a good job in the development of industrial funds for poor households;Fifth,we should deeply understand the concept of sharing and explore the benefit sharing mechanism of poor households.Sixth,strengthen organizational leadership and improve the incentive mechanism.
