County economy is the most basic unit of national economy operation.Its development can not only accelerate the overall development of regional economy and promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,but also promote the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Because of the importance of county economy,the research scale of economics is also transferred to the micro scale of county and township area.The current domestic study of county economy content is very rich,mainly covers the property research of county economy the basis of the county economy development strategy research of the development of county economy theory to study the development of county economy studies have involved,especially in the aspect of the theory basis for the development of county economy has a lot of achievements,but the research on motivation mechanism of county economy development and study of specific type and county is rarely involved.Aiming at the specific type of county in the less developed minority areas,studying the dynamic mechanism of its economic development is helpful to put forward economic development strategies and countermeasures,and to enrich the theoretical system of county economy in China.Zhangjiachuan county as the population of the Hui ethnic group,the highest proportion of ethnic minority autonomous county of Hui ethnic group population accounts for the county69.4% of the population,and the economic development is very backward,and in 2018 the county per capita GDP is only 2.913 billion yuan,10000 yuan,greatly lags behind the average level of the development of internal and external environment development pattern development momentum in the western underdeveloped minority areas are representative.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic theory of county economic development based on the research of regional economics,industrial economics and development economics.Secondly,through the application of a variety of methods to analyze the statistical data of Zhangjiachuan county(including comparative research method,statistical analysis method,systematic analysis method,etc.),the current situation and problems of Zhangjiachuan county's economic development are systematically summarized.Based on the theories related to the dynamic mechanism of the county economic development and the actual situation of the county economic development in Zhangjiachuan,the impetus of the county economic development in Zhangjiachuan is divided into the resource location,the condition,the environment,the technology,the new education investment and the market.Then,vensim pl software is used to construct the dynamic model of economic development in Zhangjiakuancounty and explore the main driving force for the development of the county economy.Finally,based on the situation and dynamic mechanism of economic development in Zhangjiachuan county,the paper puts forward some Suggestions to promote the economic development in Zhangjiachuan county,which provides enlightenment for the county economic development in underdeveloped minority areas in western China.
