The Problems And Countermeasures Of Guizhou Heritage Tourism Village Community Participation

Deepening the reform of the ecological civilization system is the inherent driving force for the realization of Chinese conomic, political, cultural, social sustainable development. As a smokeless industry,tourism is to promote the healthy and sustainable development of social economy in its resources saving,environmental friendly characteristics and comprehensive, drive characteristics. It is one of the important ways to construct ecological civilization. The system problem of the tourism development can be solved by deepening the reform of the ecological civilization system.Heritage tourist village is a special tourist destination. It is different from other tourist destinations in the aspects of tourist resources, scenic spot and community relations and the management system. This paper takes Guizhou heritage tourist village as the research object,to analyze the existing problems of community participation in tourism. In the light of lacking financial support,the destruction of the core attraction,the unauthorized community residents and low participation,the unreasonable property right and administrative system problems,this paper stands on the points of sustainable development theory, property right theory, stakeholders theory,to explain the causes and mechanisms behind these problems.This paper tries to explore a new path of community participation in Guizhou heritage tourist village.It includes the following five aspects:first,strengthen the endogenous power of community participation in tourism;second,increasing the rights of community residents participating in tourism development from the aspect of system;third, constructing the property right system of "double track system";fourth,introducing the market competition mechanism;fifth, improving the legal system construction.Through field investigation and research,This paper selects Yunfeng military outpost scenic spot as the key research object,to analysis the existing problems and influencing factors of community participation in tourism by qualitative and quantitative analysis.The research results will be described in the previous section of the path of community participation in tourism development.This part of contents will solve the community participation problems of Yunfeng military outpost scenic spot.
