The Community Participation Study Of Rural Tourism Development In Xinyu

In recent years with increasingly deepening development of tourism in China and the speeding up of urbanization and industrialization,more and more people like to choose some places as tour destination which far away from the city noise and where they can get closer to the nature,so,rural tourism is being favored by people day by day,and showing the rapid growing potential in China.However,rural tourism will meet many problems in the process of actual development like the low participation of the rural residents,the most of the tourism income was taken by the outer investors and so on,as a result,we must let the community residents participate widely in the development of rural tourism,to improve the degree of localization of rural tourism industry chain,to make more local residents benefit from the process of developing rural tourism.Rural tourism as the main form of tourism development,its present development and the future sustainable development are both followed with interest by researchers of tourism home and abroad.This paper use Changfang Holiday Resort as an example,through the way of community participation in rural tourism,benefit and satisfaction research,discover and solve the problems which lies in rural tourism development of community participation,use the theory system of enhancing community participation and case study.There are five parts in this paper.The first part simply described in this paper,we study the background and significance.Clear the research contents,put forward the train of thought of the research and the research methods,give some introductions and literature reviews to the present rural tourism research at home and abroad.The second part states some involving concepts and theories,mainly including rural tourism and community participation.The third part introduced the present situation and the existing problems of the community participation in Xinyu rural tourism,through the case of Changfang in Xinyu,analysis the main problems of community development participation in Xinyu,this part is the important point and the difficult point of the research.The fourth part puts forward relevant countermeasures about existing problems in the rural community participation.The fifth part conclusion is to summarize Xinyu rural tourism community participation and analysis on the advantages of the development process on expectations for the future.In this paper,by using rural tourism development theory,rural tourism planning theory,stakeholders theory as the theoretical basis,such as selecting the Xinyu chang fang village community in empirical research,through the SPSS data analysis,the corresponding conclusions,which provides a worthy reference for Xinyu study reference.The community is one of essential resources,rural tourism development to achieve healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism,cannot leave the participation of community residents;The further development of rural tourism is bound to be involved,such as to protect the interests of the farmers,increasing the income of farmers and rural common in today’s China attaches great importance to the problem,the research is in itself a response to real life;Practical significance of this study is through the theoretical analysis through scientific planning can let more community residents to participate in rural tourism development in the process,make the community residents really benefit from tourism development,so that the community is widely involved in the rural tourism development,to improve the income level of local villagers,narrowing the gap between rich and poor,between urban and rural area in order to build a new socialist countryside and building a harmonious socialist society plays an important role in promoting.
