With the development of society and economic progress,the banking industry has also been impacted to different degrees.The competition among various Banks is intensifying,especially after China's entry into wto,the entry of foreign Banks makes the competition more intense.The competition hot spot also transforms from the business competition to the talent competition.How to retain and attract talents has become the primary problem in promoting the development of banking industry.However,the problem of talents is only the appearance,and the problem behind it is the lack of effective utilization of talents and the lack of reasonable human resource management strategies.In the era of increasingly fierce competition,Banks must immediately change their inherent concepts of human resource management,scientifically improve the original management system,reshape the management structure,and enhance the work efficiency of employees in order to promote the development of Banks.This article is mainly through the "find the problem,put forward the problem,analyze the problem,solve the problem" train of thought to write.Based on the current situation of bank X in the current era,a targeted questionnaire survey and interview were conducted to find out the problems existing in the current human resource management of the bank and put forward;Then combined with the relevant theories at home and abroad to find out the problem of the analysis and judgment,to find out the root cause of its emergence;Finally,after the analysis of the improvement measures one by one,to explore the measures to break the dilemma.In terms of solving problems,this paper proposes feasible Suggestions on the improvement methods of traditional human resource management modules including education and training,post allocation,performance appraisal and salary management,and also adds humanistic care into the optimization measures.Due to the lack of humanistic care,employees of bank X have a relatively low sense of belonging to the enterprise,resulting in the amplification of other problems.This paper suggests that enterprises should change their management philosophy,emphasize the internal improvement of human resources with humanistic care and cultural construction,and then carry out external supplement through system construction and the implementation of rules and regulations.In this way,the efficiency of human resource management will be maximized.
