Research On Production Cost Optimization Of X Enterprise Based On Lean Production

In recent years,as consumer demand changes faster and faster,and the Chinese labor cost increases more and more,China's manufacturing industry is facing a huge challenge.Lean production is precisely the kind of improvement that all members participate in and get the maximum output with the lowest input.Especially for small batch,diversified production,the importance and necessity of lean production management is more obviously.Based on the literature of lean production research internal and abroad,this paper studies the x enterprise production cost optimization from the perspective of lean production.Firstly,this paper analyzes the organization structure and production status of x enterprise,finds out the problems of lack of production flexibility,low balance of production line,the unreasonable production layout,and then analyzes the necessity of implementing lean production.Secondly,using lean production theory and combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,sets up a special lean production team and selects the lean production mode which is suitable for x enterprise.Then designs implementation program for the x enterprise from flexible production,production line balance,human factors engineering,8s management and other aspects of production improvement.Through PDCA cycle,the enterprise can achieve continuous improvement and optimize production cost.Finally,the paper evaluates the cost optimization effect of lean production in the trial phase of x enterprise.Overall,the implementation of the lean production increases production efficiency and reduces production costs.Enterprises must create lean production culture,encourage all employees to participate in enterprise production improvement actively,so that the improvement results can be maintained and improved.The conclusion of this paper has certain practical significance and value for industry and x enterprise.For X enterprise by internal control to reduce production costs,improve enterprise profits,indirectly increase the income of employees and customer profits,to achieve customers win,enterprises win,employees win.Moreover,this paper provides a reference for other manufacturing enterprises,it can achieve the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,so that China's manufacturing industry can keep strong competitiveness in a fierce competitive environment.
