| With the economic globalization,attracting investment has become an important means for the government to drive the rapid economic development.The form and means of attracting investment are various,which can effectively promote the development of local economy.However,with the launching and deepening of the investment work,the introduction of the project will inevitably come at the expense of certain local resources.The contradiction between the limited local resources and the continuous demand for attracting foreign investment has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,many problems are widespread because of lack of local government experience,lack of standard system and imperfect management.In today's severe shortage of resources,the government must conscientiously sum up experiences and lessons,set up a scientific,open,rigorous investment project management system and exit mechanism,so as to effectively reduce the investment risk,effectively promote the healthy and rapid development of local economy.Based on the review of the relevant literature,defines the relevant concept,starting from the Dongying city investment process and the status quo,through questionnaires,analyses the main risks of foreign investment in Dongying,and analysis of its causes.According to the above analysis,this paper combined with expert evaluation,Dongying city characteristics and related literature,the index system of Dongying City risk prone areas,and uses AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,to reduce the risk evaluation of subjectivity.In addition,this paper demonstrates the process of risk evaluation by simulating the expert scoring system of joint meeting,which makes the evaluation system better for the risk control service of Dongying investment.Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the risk assessment system,this paper establishes the risk guarantee system in the early,middle and late stages. |
