With the rapid development of economy,how to manage employees has become one of the most important factors for the success of enterprises.If the enterprise wants to improve its core competitiveness,the key factor is how to create and maintain high performance.For enterprises,performance management is the core part,carrying out effective human resources management need to have a sound performance appraisal program.Currently,the core competitiveness of enterprises is human resources.Therefore,more and more enterprises attach importance to the degree of employees' work performance and the management method of timely improvement of human resource performance,so as to improve the overall performance of ent erprises.Based on relevant theories of performance appraisal at home and abroad,guided by performance management theories such as balanced scorecard and key performance appraisal,this paper analyzes the theoretical research on performance management at home and abroad.By means of questionnaire survey and expert interview,it is found that the main problems of the headquarters of the LBX pharmacy in performance appraisal include: lack of communication in the performance appraisal process,insufficient overall planning of the performance appraisal system,unscientific design of performance appraisal indicators,insufficient application of performance appraisal and communication guidance.Based on the organizational function of different positions,the index system of post evaluation at the level of: using the balanced scorecard of top management,using the comprehensive evaluation index method.The results of the performance appraisal provide reference for the company's employees' salary adjustment,staff position changes and other related work.The optimization plan of performance appraisal needs to be implemented step by step in the evening from publicity and implementation,trial operation and feedback.The effective operation of the program depends on th e guarantee of ideology,organization and system.This study will provide theoretical guidance for the establishment of an effective performance appraisal system,the establishment of an integrated management process,and the enhancement of the competitive advantage of the organization.At the same time,it is of practical guiding significance to improve the performance appraisal system of the headquarters of LBX pharmacy,improve employee satisfaction and improve the core competitiveness of the company,and it can be used as a reference for enterprises in the industry to implement performance management.
