With the continuous development of era,the market continuously improve to the requirement of enterprise talents,to grasp the talent is to grasp the enterprise competitiveness in the market,human resource management is particularly important,as a very important part of the human resources,the role of performance appraisal in the enterprise is critical to performance appraisal will make the enterprise understand that what he did to the goals of the enterprise,employees to do what,also can with performance appraisal as a means to motivate employees to work more positively,create more value and benefits for the enterprise.Performance evaluation become a mere formality is common in the state-owned enterprise,therefore,performance appraisal of the state-owned enterprise shall,for itself,find the problems and optimize the performance appraisal,so as to promote the further development of the enterprise,this study GT company wholly state-owned enterprises as the research object,through the performance appraisal of GT company situation and existing problems of the investigation,looking for performance appraisal in this a series of problems,from the and safeguards of organization,system guarantee,cultural support,technical support and other aspects of the implementation of the performance appraisal improvement program guarantee measures are put forward.First of all,to involve the definition of the concept of the performance,performance evaluation,and made several commonly used methods of performance evaluation was carried out on the method of content analysis,for this article involves the process of goal setting theory,control theory and incentive theory is described.Secondly,the author to introduce the basic situation of GT company,on its organization structure,personnel structure,to understand the GT company human resources present situation,in this part of GT company's performance appraisal status quo are described,including performance appraisal main body,scoring method,form and content,implementation process,and the application of assessment results,on the basis of the design of questionnaire,the GT company employees for the company's performance appraisal satisfaction were investigated.Again,the author based on the analysis of the questionnaire results,performance appraisal for GT company existing problems and the causes of in-depth analysis,see the essence through the problem to the attitude of the GT to deep mining company staff performance appraisal problems.Finally,the company's performance appraisal and improvement measures and safeguard measures.For this part of the fourth chapter analysis of GT company performance appraisal problems and puts forward relevant improvement measures,and in the organization,set up performance appraisal group),system(establish performance appraisal training mechanism),culture(create a good atmosphere of performance appraisal)and technology(set up performance appraisal management system)has put forward the corresponding safeguard measures,ensure the smooth operation of the GT company performance appraisal improvement program implementation.
