In recent years,the rapid development of Internet has greatly changed people's life,and also brought great challenges to the development of telecommunications operators.China has officially entered the "5G" era in 2019,and the competition in the domestic telecommunications market has entered a new stage.Due to the lack of previous political support and strong competitors,plus the rapidly changing market environment,Xuzhou Telecom still has obstacles in the marketing operation of mobile business.By the end of 2019,the market share of Xuzhou Telecom's mobile business is only 25%.In such a situation,it is of great significance for Xuzhou Telecom to study and formulate better marketing strategies and seize more market share of mobile business.This paper takes Xuzhou branch of China Telecom as the research object and applies PEST analysis,SWOT Analysis,7PS theory and other tools,supplemented by questionnaire and other methods,to analyze and summarize the marketing environment,existing marketing strategies and existing problems of Xuzhou Telecom's mobile business.This paper put forward the optimization suggestions of Xuzhou Telecom's mobile business marketing strategy by applying 7PS theory and combining its own actual situation.It is conducive for Xuzhou Telecom to seize the development opportunity,further expand mobile business and improve market competitiveness.This research shows that Xuzhou Telecom needs to take advantage of the development of 5G business to seize middle and high-end users.On the basis of improving network quality and creating a good reputation for users,it always need to pay attention to user needs,uses big data analysis for precision marketing,and makes full use of the entire business to improve user satisfaction.At the same time,Xuzhou Telecom needs to expand and strengthen the channels of government,enterprises and campus,and launch the coordinated development of offline channels and electronic channels.The conclusion of this research is helpful for the design and implementation of mobile business marketing strategies of Xuzhou Telecom,and it provides valuable reference for the development of Xuzhou Telecom,other telecom branches and mobile business of other operators.
