Study On The Evaluation Of Tourism Industry Efficiency In The Yangtze River Economic Belt And Affecting Factors

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,my country's national economic growth has achieved remarkable achievements.However,at this stage,my country's economy is facing mid-term adjustment,and the economic growth rate is transitioning from high-speed growth to medium-high growth.Under the current situation,the assetlight nature of the service industry makes it better adapt to the current economic development situation,and the vigorous development of the service industry has become an important boost to the current slowdown in economic growth.With the successive introduction of the "Outline of the Yangtze River International Golden Tourism Belt" and the "Outline of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Integration Development Plan",it has brought policy guarantee for the development of the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.In the context of the 18.56% rapid growth of the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2018,the industry's input and output efficiency,the factors affecting the input and output efficiency of the tourism industry in the economic belt,and the degree of influence are all worthwhile.In-depth discussion.Based on this,this paper takes the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object.First,after summarizing the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in measuring the efficiency of the tourism industry and combining the specific literature with the application of relevant methods,the statistical data of the tourism industry in the economic belt from 2010 to 2017 is selected,and the DEA and Malmquist productivity index models are used to evaluate the economy.Take a comprehensive measurement with the tourism industry.It is found that both the efficiency and total factor productivity of the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Zone have spatiotemporal differences and volatile changes.Secondly,the source of the differences in the efficiency of the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is explored from the perspective of efficiency influencing factors.Using the individual fixed-effect panel model to quantitatively analyze the mechanism of the influencing factors on efficiency,it was found that the effects of freely disposable income,industry agglomeration level and tourism attractiveness on the efficiency of the tourism industry have a significant positive impact,of which freely disposable income has an impact on the economic zone The effect of improving the efficiency of the tourism industry is most obvious;however,the effects of urbanization and transportation convenience have a significant negative effect or not significant.Therefore,based on the empirical analysis results of the paper,the following suggestions are proposed in this paper:(1)Strengthen regional tourism cooperation and balance regional differences.In accordance with the basic framework of the linkage between the national central city and other provinces and cities,a regional linkage cooperation mechanism and high-level cooperation agencies should be established to promote the process of regional integration.One is to accelerate the development of the tourism industry in various regions through the regional linkage mechanism and give full play to the advantages of scale.For example,the two provinces of Sichuan and Chongqing can establish a cooperative mechanism with Chongqing-Chengdu as the center to improve the tourism quality of the Three Gorges.The second is to accelerate the joint development of rural characteristic industries in various provinces and cities through the regional linkage mechanism to promote the development of characteristic tourism.For example,Chongqing can take Zhongxian County as the center and accelerate the joint development of the navel orange industry in Kaixian,Yunyang,Fengjie,etc.along the northeast Chongqing,so as to develop special tourism products,promote the development of special rural tourism industry,and fill the shortcomings of regional tourism industry development.;(2)Focus on improving the income level of residents and provide important support for the long-term development of the tourism industry.The development of the tourism industry and the improvement of residents' income levels are mutually effective support.For example,in response to the basic situation of Chongqing,such as "large cities,large rural areas,large mountainous areas,and large reservoir areas",combined with the tourism industry as a sunrise industry,there is a large demand for employment and high efficiency.Industrial characteristics,such as good ecological efficiency,and so on,in the process of promoting urbanization,it can well alleviate the employment pressure caused by the rural population entering the city,and can also increase the income of residents,and in turn it is tourism The development of the industry brings future markets;(3)Promote the integration of urban and rural transportation and logistics infrastructure configuration to enhance the level of tourism industry agglomeration.In order to give full play to the agglomeration and radiation functions of central cities in Shanghai,Chongqing,Sichuan,Chengdu,and Wuhan,Hubei,reduce logistics costs,and increase the concentration of regional tourism industries,the integration of transportation and logistics infrastructure should be vigorously promoted.One is to speed up the construction of water transportation hubs and smooth water transportation channels;second,to speed up the construction of highway networks to provide support for the distribution of tourist tourists and corporate materials;(4)strengthen education and training to improve the quality of the tourism industry and enhance the attractiveness of tourism.Speed up the construction of an education system for the sharing of urban and rural educational resources.In regions where tourism enterprises are concentrated and tourism resources are abundant,statutory preferential policies are used to attract outstanding teachers,make a good reserve of innovative talents,and prepare for visiting tourists to provide more professional services to enhance the attractiveness of the local tourism industry.
