| With the increasing emission of greenhouse gas,the proposal of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality,it has become a global consensus to develop low-carbon economy,reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote sustainable development of economy and ecological environment.As an important "booster" of social and economic development,logistics industry is also the main contribution of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions,so the inevitable requirement of low-carbon economy is to develop low-carbon logistics.Yangtze River Economic Belt,as the most important economic region in China,its the economic volume accounts for more than 40% of the national economy aggregate,which directly reflects the level of China’s economic development.Therefore,the thesis analyzes the development trend of logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt through the calculation model of low-carbon logistics efficiency firstly.Then evaluates the development level of low-carbon economy,and finally explores the impact of low-carbon logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the development of low-carbon economy based on the panel threshold regression modelFor the low-carbon logistics efficiency,the static and dynamic measurement of logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2020 is carried out by super-efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index model.The results show that the overall low-carbon logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows an increasing trend.The logistic efficiency of the downstream region represented by Shanghai is significantly higher than that of the upstream region.Technological progress and the change of technical efficiency are important factors to improve logistics efficiency.For the level of low-carbon economic development,the index system is constructed based on economic development,innovative development and green development,to measure the development level of low-carbon economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2020 by Entropy-Topsis method.The results show that the development level of low-carbon economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt maintains a steady growth trend,but the overall development level is relatively low,and its development trend is basically consistent with the development trend of lowcarbon logistics efficiency.There are obvious differences among regions,and the low carbon economic development level is the highest in the downstream region,followed by the middle region and the lowest in the upstream region,indicating that technological innovation is an important driving force to improve the low carbon economic development level.For the impact of low-carbon logistics efficiency on the development of lowcarbon economy,based on the data of logistics efficiency and low carbon economic development level in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2020,the influence of logistics efficiency on low carbon economic development under the constraints of low-carbon through fixed effect regression model and panel threshold regression model is discussed.The results show that the improvement of logistics technical efficiency and logistics scale efficiency under the constraints of low carbon is beneficial to the development level of low carbon economy,and there exsists a certain mutual substitution relationship,and technological progress is the most critical factor to promote the development level of low-carbon economy. |
