The 21 st century is an era full of opportunities and challenges.It is an era of survival of the fittest and survival of the fittest.It is an era of fierce competition for human resources.As far as enterprises are concerned,now all enterprises attach great importance to human resources and pay attention to the fact that human resources are the biggest and most critical resources to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises.However,how to acquire,retain and make good use of talents inevitably involves human resource management.The problem of staff turnover and recruitment allocation is the core problem of human resource management,and it is the basic work to solve the maximization of enterprise's first resource benefit.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,human capital plays an increasingly significant role.How to retain employees,make them produce better performance and create greater benefits for enterprises is a problem that enterprise managers pay much attention to.In the face of competition and challenges,especially the merger and acquisition of enterprises,how to design a set of scientific and effective human resource integration system,guarantee of talents education,and the staff after the exodus quickly added,the personal development goals and enterprise development target organic unify,form a strong force to promote enterprise sustainable development in the competition,has become the current our country enterprise human resources development and management of urgent problems to be solved.This paper mainly analyzes the human resources integration problem after RC China real estate property co.,ltd.purchased WD group's Guangzhou Cultural tourism City project,and points out the risk of human resources integration,and provides a feasibility analysis of the risk.This paper discusses how to reduce the loss of staff caused by the acquisition under the strategic environment of RC China's acquisition of WD group's Guangzhou Cultural tourism City project.In this paper,the reasons for the loss of staff,the supplementary measures after the loss of staff and the countermeasures after the acquisition of Guangzhou Cultural tourism City project by RC and WD are combined with the practical cases for analysis and research,which not only deepens the practical value of the theory,but also improves the management level and risk control ability of the enterprise.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide a rich theoretical basis for enterprises to effectively integrate human resources in the process of mergers and acquisitions,reduce the loss caused by staff turnover after mergers and acquisitions and even provide a rich theoretical basis for the development of mergers and acquisitions in the manufacturing industry.
