In the era of rapid development of the Internet and 5G,people can always obtain a lot of information.The competitive environment and consumer behavior have changed,and traditional marketing methods have been greatly challenged.The cost of traditional online e-commerce is gradually increasing,social e-commerce is infiltrating and transforming the retail industry,and the transaction form is undergoing a new transformation.Social New Retailing emerged as an emerging marketing model.It is different from the traditional e-commerce model,Social New Retailing combines the dual advantages of social and e-commerce,and has the characteristics of new retail.Many companies have broken the original business model and transformed into a new social marketing model that fits the market environment.This article selects start-up company BN to study its Social New Retailing marketing strategy,and on the basis of combing relevant domestic and foreign literature,analyzes the industry environment in which BN companies are located.This article analyzes the internal and external environment of BN company and uses PEST and SWOT analysis models to analyze the overall situation of BN company.Based on this,research the Social New Retailing marketing strategy of BN company,and put forward the implementation method of BN company marketing strategy.This article hopes to use this research to provide reference opinions and suggestions for the marketing strategies of BN company and other similar companies.
