In the era of AI,knowledge workers master the core technologies and resources of enterprises,are the backbone of enterprises to participate in market competition,and are the most valuable human capital and intellectual wealth of enterprises.Compared with other types of employees,knowledge workers have more distinct personality characteristics,the most prominent of which is that they have a strong sense of self.For knowledge workers,the relationship between them and the enterprise is no longer a simple employment relationship,but one in which the growth of the individual and the development of the enterprise are mutually satisfied.The psychological contract between the enterprise and the knowledge workers will have an inner and profound influence on their work attitude and behavior.Only in view of the psychological expectations of knowledge workers "focus" to implement effective incentives,can really play an inspiring effect and achieve the common development of enterprises and knowledge workers.This paper studies the motivation of knowledge workers in M company.Firstly,introduction the concepts and theories of knowledge workers,psychological contract and incentive theory;Clarify the relationship between psychological contract and knowledge workers.Then,by analyzing the organizational situation of M company and the group characteristics of knowledge workers,the psychological expectation of knowledge workers and the incentive situation of knowledge workers in the enterprise are sorted out.Thirdly,questionnaire survey and interview were used to find out the problems in meeting the psychological expectations of knowledge workers,and the problems were summarized according to the three-dimensional structure of psychological contract.Finally,in view of the existing problems,the author puts forward the countermeasures from the three dimensions of normative dimension,interpersonal dimension and development dimension,including optimizing the development channel of knowledge-based employees,paying attention to the personal growth of knowledge-based employees,establishing a good salary system,creating a harmonious working environment and other specific measures.
