Business process outsourcing has been around for decades,especially in the manufacturing sector,and it is a means of reducing costs.As the fastest growing and most dynamic economy in the world,the Chinese economy has a stable political environment,better legal and infrastructure construction,huge market potential,and a large number of low-cost talents with basic technical and language skills.It indicates that China has obvious comparative advantages in developing business outsourcing.In recent years,driven by a series of supporting policies of national government departments,rapid macroeconomic development,technological progress,domestic enterprises' outsourcing demand and the ability to undertake outsourcing,China's outsourcing service industry has developed very rapidly,and has now developed into the second to India Of the world 's second largest service outsourcing country.Relying on national advantages,business process outsourcing companies have achieved rapid development,but at the same time they are also facing many problems that need to be improved,such as the company's hardware supporting facilities,the company's long-term development strategy,personnel training and retention,etc.C Company,as one of the fastest growing domestic companies,has also been facing the dilemma of high attrition rate of staff in minority language,which restricts its development and seriously threatens the stability of operations.This thesis uses Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Job Characteristics Model and other related theories to analyze the actual cases of C company's minority language staff attrition rate.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is found that its existing salary research is unreasonable and the staffing is not appropriate,the lack of deficiencies in the recruitment process,and other issues,and proposed reasonable improvement of salary structure estimation data,adding personality test analysis and feedback of job content and other countermeasures,to analyze and provide improved solutions for C company.Currently,the foreign staff are mostly expatriate executives in the market.In the future,the foreign companies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area or overseas companies established under the One Belt and One Road policy need to employ the foreign staff as subordinates.The analysis of minority language staff attrition rate exactly matches this requirement.
