With the fast speed developing of Economic Globalization and Information Technol-ogy, IToutsouring became more and more popular. The Companies aim to reduce the cost spending on both people and IT system management by engaged with IT Oursouring Companies, which could also help the Companies concentrated on their core value, or help the Companies develop their system with the proper and newest technology, improve the Companise’ competition。The IT Outsouring Companies had already exist in China since 20 century 1990s’.But nowdays, due to lack of the definition and supervise in law, the oursouring market is unor-derfor quite a long time. Uncertified outsourcing companiesmix up certified or uncertified oursouring employees,high attrition rate etc, all these make additional recruiting and train-ing effort to the Companies, also may impact the project implementation and deliver time-line.This article bases on the 259 voluntary attrition data of C Company’s IT oursourcing employees who resigned from Jan 2013 to July 2013.We find that looking for career op-portunity is the main reason of the voluntary attrition reasons. The staffs’voluntary attrition rate increases proportional to the staffs’ working experience. And the rate would reach the peak for staffs with 6 to 10 years’working experience. Out sourcing staffs is a particular group since they work the same with direct employees but do not enjoy equal benefit and training with the direct employees. Thus oursouring staffs whith high degree may have highter voluntary attrition rate than oursouring staffs with lower degree. Besides these, the speed development of online e-Business and the new opportunity of the banking industry, make there is a leak of the experienced IT staffs. And it might lasts for years because of the Free Trade Area in Shanghai.Reduce the outsourcing attrition rate, is also to reduce the risk of the company and project, improve the competition of the company.
