Research On The Matching And Coordination Strategy Between China's Participation In The Value Chain Division Of Trade And Dynamic Comparative Advantage In The Silk Road Economic Belt

Global value chain division of labor has become the main feature and trend of world economic development.Although participating in global value chain division has promoted the growth of China's economy,the participating industries still remain in the low-end position of the value chain,facing the dilemma of "low-end locking",because China has always participated in the value chain division with the advantage of labor resources.With the proposal of the Silk Road Economic Belt initiative,the value chain division system of the Silk Road Economic Belt led by China has gradually formed.How to seize and make good use of this opportunity to create a new economic growth point and slow down the downward pressure of the economy is an urgent problem for us to solve.It is an effective way to obtain dynamic comparative advantage and promote the matching between dynamiccomparative advantage and value chain division of labor.On the basis of relevant theories and literature review,this paper first examines the match between China's participation in the value chain division of trade and dynamic comparative advantage in the Silk Road Economic Belt.It is found that:China mainly participates in the value chain division trade of the Silk Road Economic Belt with the export of final goods and services;the participation of all industries in the value chain division trade of the Silk Road Economic Belt is relatively low in general and at the low end of the chain;the solidity of comparative advantages of all industries in China is strong;the matching between the participation of all industries in the value chain division trade of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the dynamic comparative advantages There is instability and a large lifting space.Secondly,on the basis of practical investigation,this paper analyzes the matching mechanism of China's participation in the value chain division trade and dynamic comparative advantage of the Silk Road Economic Belt Based on the relevant inference of the BRS theoretical model,and finds that:the matching motivation of China's participation in the value chain division trade and dynamic comparative advantage of the Silk Road Economic Belt is profit maximization;the external condition of matching is trade liberalization;matching The internal driving force is the endogenous product selection of the industry.Finally,in view of the current situation and problems of China's participation in the value chain division of trade and dynamic comparative advantage of the Silk Road Economic Belt,and based on the analysis of the matching mechanism above,the corresponding coordination strategies are proposed from the three levels of the country,industry and enterprise.
