An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of High Quality Development Of Manufacturing Enterprises

China's economy has begun to change its mode of economic development to a stage of high-quality development.China is making efforts to promote the positive realization of high-quality development in all walks of life and contribute to high-quality economic development.Manufactu ring industry plays a key role in supporting the national economy.Whether the manufacturing industry can achieve high-quality development determines the degree of realization of China's high-quality economic development.Promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry is an urgent need for China's high-quality economic development and enhancing international competitiveness.As an important component of manufacturing industry,it is particularly important for manufacturing enterprises to take the lead in achieving high-quality development.Therefore,this study explores the influencing factors of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises and the corresponding mechanism.Based on the literature research of h igh-quality development,enterprise value chain and "four modernizations",this study combs and summarizes the authoritative theoretical results on the development of manufacturing enterprises.According to the literature review,this paper combines the theory of value chain curve with intelligence,service and green,and puts forward that intelligent equipment process,intelligent product function,service-oriented support for customer products,service-oriented support for customer behavior,green production process and green product performance are the key influencing factors for the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises-The demand side relationship selects market demand factors and environmental regulation requirements factors as regulatory variables on the demand side to study the mechanism of influencing factors of high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.This paper includes 6 main hypotheses,36 sub hypotheses and 42 research hypotheses.Then use spss24.0 and amos22.0 software to carry out empirical research,through regression analysis and structural equation model test to verify the hypothesis;finally,based on intelligence,service and green,put forward measures and suggestions for high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that:equipment process intelligence,product function intelligence,customer product service,customer behavior service,production process green,product performance green have a positive impact on the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises,while market demand factors and environmental regulation requirements have a regulatory role in their impact.Of 42 research hypotheses,37 were verified.In this paper,the research on the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises is helpful to provide theoretical support for the further realization of high-quality development in the future.
