Hunan's Equipment Manufacturing Industry Implements Innovative Development Research On "Service Manufacturing" Scheme

Service-oriented manufacturing is the mainstream of advanced manufacturing models in the 21 st century,and it is also a trend in the transformation and development of equipment manufacturing.Under the new normal environment with rapid development in China's economy,the manufacturing industry represented by the equipment manufacturing industry is characterized by insufficient demand,sluggish sales,and thin profit margins.The industry's loss ratio has continued to expand,and some industries have fallen into a dilemma for losses across the board..Equipment manufacturing industry is the first industry in Hunan Province with a production value of over RMB 1 trillion.It has a dominant position in Hunan's manufacturing industry.Affected by the macro-environment,Hunan's equipment manufacturing enterprises have gradually entered a sluggish market in recent years.Although some leading companies use multiple channels to promote sales and technological innovation,their total profits have not improved,including equipment manufacturing including Zoomlion.Leading companies have suffered major losses in 2016.This trend has a certain negative impact on Hunan's industrial development,employment,and social welfare.In order to reverse this trend of decline,it is of great significance to realize the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry for the economic development of Hunan Province.This article summarizes the successful experiences and implementation paths of service-oriented manufacturing transformation cases including General Electric,IBM,Toyota Motor,and Shanxi Blower Group,and analyzes the value and outlook of Hunan's equipment manufacturing industry to achieve service-oriented manufacturing transformation.The service-oriented manufacturing model can enhance the company's competitive advantage,enhance the company's profitability and ability to resist risks,and it can also enhance the regional comprehensive competitiveness of Hunan Province from a macro perspective.On the basis of this,based on the successful experience of domestic and foreign companies,combined with the characteristics of Hunan's equipment manufacturing industry development status,enterprise size distribution,regional concentration,and industrial chain integrity,this paper has formulated a suitable industrial condition for Hunan Province.The transformation path is expected to benefit the successful transformation of Hunan's equipment manufacturing industry.
