As the global service economy is formed, the trend of integration of manufacturing and service industry is increased, then the development of modern manufacturing services has become the key to ensure the efficiency development of national economy. Modern manufacturing services throughout the production, circulation and consumption of all aspects of social reproduction, support enterprises from the research,design, brand marketing, supply chain management to after-sales. It is useful for Manufacturing enterprises to operating the manufacturing services, such as to identify and meet the deeply customer needs, to improve the capabilities of service, to get the differentiated competitive advantage,it is also useful for china to Upgrading the manufacturing industrial structure and promoting industry ,such as to promote technology innovation and business model innovation in the field of advanced manufacturing ,to create an internationally competitive services industry chain, to promote "Made in China" become "Created in China".Therefore, the operation mode of manufacturing services and the Game mode of the manufacturing enterprises in the manufacturing services market have been studied.Firstly,on the basis of research and literature, the connotation and main types of modern manufacturing service industry are analyzed respectively from the service of service enterprise to manufacturing enterprise and the service of manufacturing enterprise to clients. Next three typical operation modes for manufacturing enterprise industry are presented with actual cases ,which contains service outsourcing, collaborating service with servicer and self-service. Then, the key operational issues to develope the modern manufacturing services for manufacturers is Pointed out.Secondly, based on constract of self-service and outsourcing services businesses provided by manufacturing enterprises ,the alteration of customer distribution after price adjustment is studied with Hotelling model. Futhermore ,the change of price,customer distribution and profits of these two service business aftermanufacturers also offer, the price adjustment on two types of service business after relative factors adjustment is focused, making reference for manufacturing enterprises to price self-service and outsourcing services businesses and construct market strategies.Finally, consider the market's dynamic changes and openness, competition between manufacturing enterprises and independent of the manufacturing service provider in the manufacturing service market is studied,under models of the Stackberg and acting at the same time. The substitutes between self-service operations (MO) businesses and outsourcing services (SO)businesses and different choice of two parties of game,the influence on price and service quantity,further on profits are discussed detailedly.
