As an important source of protein and calcium supplement in daily diet,dairy products are of great significance to human health and nutrition balance.In recent years,the development of China's dairy industry is very fast.At this stage,China's dairy industry has entered a zero sum growth period.The volume and price of the industry jointly drive the growth of the industry.At present,the industry presents a competition pattern in which a few large national enterprises coexist with many local enterprises.In addition,with the increasing personalization and diversification of customers' requirements for product taste and packaging,the dairy industry has changed from the past single variety mass production mode to the present multi variety and small batch production mode,and the speed of product upgrading is faster than before.These changes make the production equipment increasingly precise and intelligent,and the difficulty of equipment management is also increased,while the enterprise's The level of equipment management will directly affect the whole enterprise's production,quality control,personnel quality improvement and many other aspects.How to effectively implement TPM(total productive maintenance compreh-ensive production and operation management)is of great importance to the continuous improvement of equipment management and even the whole operation management mode of the enterprise,to ensure the quality of product production,to reduce costs and increase efficiency.YL dairy,as the earliest enterprise to implement TPM management mode in China,encountered many problems in the process of TPM promotion.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of TPM research at home and abroad,summarizing the development process of equipment management and the current situation of TPM promotion in YL dairy factory,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of TPM activities in YL dairy factory,such as the basic theory of TPM is not familiar with,the participation of equipment maintenance is low,the equipment failure rate is high,and the systematic training system is lack,etc.,and uses the fishbone diagram to analyze the problems of "human,machine,material This paper analyzes the problem of "high equipment failure rate" generally reflected by employees from five aspects of law and environment,and then combines with the basic concept of TPM,From three aspects of "all staff,all system,and all efficiency",this paper expounds systematically,and finally improves synchronously from these three aspects:implementing all staff participation by optimizing staff shift system,talent training and performance evaluation mechanism;implementing the whole system management of equipment by introducing MES system to carry out real-time control of equipment,and establishing imported equipment management system;and implementing the whole system management of equipment in terms of profit Based on the introduction of the seven systems of Ledian filling equipment,the OEE achievement is calculated,the improvement direction of OEE value is determined,and the "5WHY" tool is used to improve the two factors affecting OEE at different levels to pursue full efficiencyThrough the analysis of the main problems existing in the implementation of TPM in the production process of YL dairy and the design of management optimization scheme,this paper is of great significance to improve the equipment management level of the enterprise and even enhance the industry competitiveness of the enterprise.In addition,the conclusion of this paper has reference value for dairy industry and other manufacturing industries to effectively implement TPM equipment management mode.
