With the rapid development of science and modern industrial technology,the importance of equipment become obvious in the enterprise,and more and more attention is paid for equipment management.Equipment management directly affects the production and operation of enterprises.So the present society has put forward higher requirements about equipment management.The informatization of equipment management has become the trend of enterprise development.First of all,this paper based on the characteristics of hybrid production enterprise,studies the related theory of equipment management,analyzes the objectives of equipment management with TPM theory,and divides the equipment maintenance level.This paper studies the theory and method of equipment management in hybrid production enterprise,and classification is made for the equipment maintenance method and maintenance strategy.The characteristics of MES system and the application of equipment management system under MES are studied.Based on equipment management theory and MES theory,and put forward the theoretical and technical system of enterprise equipment management for hybrid production enterprise.Secondly,analyses the relationship between maintenance plan and production plan,this paper proposes an equipment maintenance method which prediction before the decision.Research on reliability theory,choose the Weibull function,established the prediction model of equipment maintenance.This paper analyzes the equipment maintenance of hybrid production enterprise,considering the production plan,establish the model of equipment maintenance based on planning constraints.The effectiveness of the model is verified by numerical search.Thirdly,for the randomness of the failure appeared in the process of equipment operation,aiming at the time of equipment maintenance and the number of operators.In addition,considering the scope of maintenance personnel and the number of tasks assigned,presenting a dynamic equipment maintenance model based on random failure,improved genetic algorithm was used to solve this model.The example verifies feasibility and effectiveness of optimization model.At last,a food and beverage enterprise which has the characteristics of hybrid production enterprise is studied.According to the theory of equipment management for hybrid production enterprise,as well as the model of equipment management,and applying these theories in the equipment management system of hybrid production enterprise.This system realizes the functions of equipment maintenance management,plan coordination,report management and so on.The system provides a platform for equipment management informatization of the hybrid production enterprise,effectively improve the ability of enterprise equipment management.
