Empirical Study On Safety In Production Of Dairy Farmers In Tai'an

In recent years, the dairy industry in Tai'an develops rapidly. With the consumption of dairy products increasing constantly, the quality and safety of dairy products are becoming more and more important. But in Tai'an, the quality and safety incidents of dairy products take place occasionally at present. Situation is not optimist. The quality and safety management still needs to be improved. This study presents the results of investigation about the quality and safety management of raw milk in Tai'an, and suggests that control measures for quality and safety of the raw milk should be enhanced.This study probed the current situation and problem of dairy products in Tai'an, centering on the quality and safety of dairy products. And this study analysed the current situation, character, shorting coming in production of dairy farmers in Tai'an.Quality and safety of raw milk issue in Tai'an are still comparatively serious in our country. Disperse farmers is difficult to guarantee quality and safety of raw milk. So it is necessary to find a suitable way to solve this issues. Produce behavior of organization member have been greater improved. Most farmers choose production of the safe raw milk. Farmer's proportion of safe production in agri-chain is higher than that of not in agri-chain. When the market mechanism of high quality and favorable price is still not complete, the farmer must be supervised and managed to guarantee the production process. After becoming organization member, the farmer need sign relevant production contracts or sales contracts with the organization, and their produce behavior must go on according to the standardization, standardized procedure in order to guarantee quality and safety of the raw milk. Produce behavior of the farmer that is not in organization member have a great random. When it is unable to confirm the income between the safe raw milk and the ordinary raw milk, the farmer not in organization is more likely to use veterinary drug and chemical fertilizer in order to increase the output of raw milk in process of production.Finally, to strengthen the quality and safety management of raw milk in Tai'an, the countermeasures from four aspects had been proposed. These measures are as the following: to strengthen government's administration behavior and perfect the quality and safety management system of the raw milk in Tai'an; to standardize enterprises'and dairy farmers'production behavior and improve the technological ability to produce; to strengthen the function of the dairy industry association and guarantee the quality of the raw milk.
