| In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,China implemented an economic policy of vigorously developing heavy industry,and a number of cities emerged due to abundant resources,which made outstanding contributions to China's economic development.However,with the excessive consumption of resources and the transformation of the economic structure,resource-based cities have gradually appeared a lot of problems such as resource depletion,backward industrial structure,low economic efficiency,and employee unemployment.Exploring the transformation of resource-based cities and their sustainable development have gradually become Research hotspots.Coal resource-based cities account for a relatively high proportion in China's resource-based cities,which seriously affects the balanced development of urban economic and social aspects.It is of great practical significance to discuss its sustainable development for the improvement of China's comprehensive strength and the realization of a sustainable development power.Jiaozuo City is a typical coal resource-based city.It is built for coal and prospered by coal.The development and utilization of coal promotes rapid social and economic development.However,with the continuous depletion of coal resources,a large number of problems in Jiaozuo City's economy and society have gradually emerged,seriously affecting the good operation of Jiaozuo City's economy and the development of residents' lives,and sustainable development has been severely hindered.In 2008,Jiaozuo City was identified as the first resource-depleted city by the state.After that,Jiaozuo City actively changed its economic development mode and vigorously developed tertiary industries such as tourism,and successfully achieved the transition from "black impression" to "green theme".But now,the brand effect of tourism development in Jiaozuo City is becoming increasingly insufficient,and the total economic volume is developing slowly.How to better carry out sustainable development in Jiaozuo City will be put on the agenda again in the future.This article firstly systematically combed the relevant concepts and theories such as coal resource-based cities,sustainable development,resource curse,and circular economy.Based on relevant research results at home and abroad,reference was made to the National Sustainable Development Plan for Resource-based Cities issued by China in 2013.Related content,taking Jiaozuo City of Henan Province as the research object,establishing a sustainable development level index system composed of economic,social,resource and environmental subsystems,selecting data from 2005 to 2017,using principal component analysis and AHP,Evaluation and analysis of the sustainable development level of Jiaozuo City from 2005 to 2017,and evaluation and analysis of the coordinated development level of the city's economy,society,resources,and environment through the coordinated development model,and finally,linear regression analysis was used Empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the city's sustainable development level has selected four main factors: rural residents per capita disposable income,total imports and exports,industrial sulfur dioxide emissions,and raw coal output.According to the research conclusions and the actual development situation of Jiaozuo City at the same time,from the four aspects of industrial structure,talents,technology,and government,Jiaozuo City's future sustainable development recommendations are put forward in order to promote the future comprehensive sustainable development of Jiaozuo City. |
