The insurance company has trained a large number of excellent insurance enterprises in the insurance industry through pre-post training,and laid a solid foundation for the growth and development of the insurance industry.With the increase of the state's supervision on the insurance industry,relevant documents and policies have put forward higher requirements for the pre-job training of the insurance company,but there are still some shortcomings in the concrete implementation.Most of the research on the pre-job training of the insurance company is based on the position of the company,and the fact that the research is relatively small from the perspective of the employee itself as the entry point,and the final training countermeasure is difficult to be in the staff group A higher degree of satisfaction is obtained.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the relevant research around the area.This thesis,based on the current situation of the staff training of the X-branch of China Life Insurance Company,analyzes the situation of the pre-job training of the employees in the X-branch of China Life Insurance Company by using the methods of questionnaire,empirical analysis and comparative analysis.In the design of the questionnaire,the three main variables of pre-post training pressure,self-efficacy and pre-job training anxiety were refined,and then all the data collected in the investigation were sorted,summed up,analyzed,and the pre-job training pressure was found.There are two significant relationships between self-efficacy and pre-job training anxiety,among which pre-job training pressure and pre-job training focus.There is a negative correlation between self-efficacy and pre-job training pressure and pre-job training anxiety,and the pre-job training stress will not appear too big,and the pre-job training anxiety can be relieved.And the self-efficacy feeling is an effect between the pre-post training pressure and the pre-job training anxiety;and finally,a countermeasure proposal is put forward for the problem.This thesis uses comparative analysis and empirical analysis to explore the current situation and problems of pre-service training in X Branch,and to improve the efficiency of resource use,enhance the efficiency of pre-service training,and improve the human resources management of X Branch.This thesis can provide some useful reference for the improvement of pre-service training system of insurance company employees.
