In recent years,the Chinese government has vigorously promoted and supported the improvement of the financing environment for small and medium-sized enterprises,requiring commercial banks to increase the investment of loans to small and medium-sized enterprises.L Bank J Branch is a branch of a medium-sized city commercial bank in central China.For two years,the credit volume of small and medium-sized enterprises in J branch of L Bank is growing rapidly,but there are still some problems in the risk management of credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in the bank.Starting from the basic situation of L Bank J Branch,this paper combs the credit business process and points out the problems of risk management in pre-loan investigation,loan review and post-loan management.Eight elements of risk management in comparison with the COSO enterprise risk management integration framework: internal environment,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response,control activities,risk management supervision,This paper analyzes the reasons for the risk management of credit business in small and medium-sized enterprises.Aiming at these problems,this paper provides suggestions for improving the credit risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)in L Bank J Branch.I hope that through the analysis of this kind of business risk managementproblems,we can provide more feasible suggestions for the improvement of credit risk management level of small and medium-sized enterprises in L Bank J Branch.So that risk management can better serve small and medium-sized enterprises credit business expansion. |
