As the last "blue sea" of the e-commerce industry,the fresh food field is now the place where the offline supermarket chain and the online fresh food e-commerce compete fiercely.For a single online business fresh e-commerce,fresh industry,although the market is booming,but it is difficult to make money,which is the reason why the fresh industry is still dominated by offline transactions.Under the background of Internet,the traditional business scope of offline supermarket chain is gradually divided by the e-commerce industry,so it has to transform and upgrade its business model.The field of fresh fruits and vegetables has become the most promising field for offline supermarket chain to attack the online fresh e-commerce.If the offline supermarket chain can seize the historical opportunity and turn passivity into initiative,it will have a place in the new retail model under the Internet background and share the Internet economic dividend with the online e-commerce.As one of the best offline supermarket chains in China,yonghui supermarket has made remarkable achievements in offline operation over the years.As yonghui supermarket has always taken fresh products as its main business,it did not suffer heavy losses in the impact of e-commerce wave like other offline chain supermarkets,but maintained a steady growth by virtue of fresh products.Therefore,compared with other offline chain supermarkets,the author believes that it is easier for yonghui supermarket to transform from the traditional singleoffline business model to the integrated online and offline business model.At present,yong hui supermarket has made some attempts in online and offline integrated operation.Some of these attempts have proven successful in the market,while others have so far proved ineffective.According to yong hui supermarket under the background of Internet management model the advantages and disadvantages of fresh fruits and vegetables,case-by-case analysis,summarized its advantages and problems in management pattern,summed up the yong hui supermarket in the future to carry out online fusion method of foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,so as to yong hui supermarket transformation and upgrading to the development of new retail help,also hope to provide reference for other offline supermarket chain.
