With the development of the Internet,a sea of enterprises are facing more challenges and innovations.They pay attention to content output,through content output with the nature of social communication,in order to build their own customer resource system,and refine the operation and development of these customer resources,which is the origin of the hot mobile social e-commerce.Social e-commerce,as its name implies,is the core of social and e-commerce.Users interact through social platforms to share individualized and differentiated content,and generate e-commerce behavior in the process.To sum up,the research direction of this paper is business model innovation under social e-commerce.In the process of research,relying on solid theoretical knowledge to analyze the current situation and development of domestic community e-commerce model;then,using Yunji Inc.as a sample,this paper elaborates on the development model of social e-commerce’s S2B2 C business,and analyses Yunji Inc.in terms of value proposition,development ideas,key business,profit model,etc.At the same time,the relationship between supplier and customer is deeply analyzed by the research of value network.After the analysis,it points out the shortcomings of the current mode of Yunji Inc.and puts forward the innovative strategies of the business mode of Yunji Inc.in the aspects of diversified products and differentiated marketing.The author believes that with the deepening development of the Internet,the emergence of social e-commerce provides more possibilities for the development of business.In this new era,the social e-commerce products of Yunji Inc.have created many marketing modes,whichhave a certain degree of generality and advancement in the Internet.By investigating and researching the Yunji Inc.as a sample,we can see that the Yunji Inc.have indeed made many innovations in the operation mode of social e-commerce,but there are also some problems such as the need to optimize the profit model,the poor service of the distribution model,and the limitations of social tools have also hindered the development of social e-commerce.It is hoped that this study can provide some help and reference for the development model of domestic social e-commerce,and provide theoretical basis for the overall development of domestic e-commerce.
