With the rapid development of China's commerce and the maturity of e-commerce,the convenience and experience of customers' shopping have been promoted.Internet technology has improved the consumption environment in underdeveloped areas and gradually filled the gap of consumption between different regions.At the same time,problems of increase of rent cost,logistics cost and labor cost still exist in Chinese commercial enterprises,and problems of unbalanced layout,structural surplus and imperfect supporting facilities directly or indirectly restrict the development of enterprises.The development pattern of data-driven business decision-making has not yet formed,and the market equity order needs to be further optimized.The business environment of commercial enterprises puts forward new challenges to the business model innovation of commercial enterprises.Based on the e-commerce environment formed by the development and application of Internet technology,this paper studies the core role of innovation management in business model innovation.On the basis of analysis of the mechanism and path of business model innovation,it studies and provides theoretical support for business model innovation management.The purpose of this paper is to provide practical operation scheme for commercial enterprises to adapt to the development of e-commerce and carry out business model innovation.Based on theories of innovation management,knowledge management,organization management and capability evaluation,this paper studies the innovation management of business model based on e-commerce environment by using methods of theoretical analysis,mathematical statistics analysis,game analysis,mathematical model and simulation.Based on the analysis of the opportunities provided by the development of e-commerce environment for business model innovation and its driving factors based on e-commerce environment,this paper puts forward the main contents of business model innovation management based on e-commerce environment,including path selection,organization management,knowledge management,evaluation management of business model innovation ability and other aspects.Starting from the theory of customer value proposition,this paper analyzes the relationship between customer value proposition and business model innovation,innovatively puts forward the path of business model innovation of changed value proposition and unchanged value proposition,and puts forward the method of selecting the path of business model innovation through the discussion of the factors affecting the path selection.This paper makes an in-depth study on the organization and management of business model innovation based on e-commerce environment,discusses the organization structure and operation management mechanism of organization and management of business model innovation,and puts forward the method of member selection of organization and conflict adjustment mechanism of organization and management of business model innovation through analytical hierarchy process and effect function.Based on the analysis of the source and integration of knowledge of business model innovation,this paper studies the management and control of the total amount and transmission efficiency of knowledge sharing of business model innovation through game analysis.On the basis of defining the evaluation ideas and components of business model innovation ability of commercial enterprises based on e-commerce environment,this paper analyzes and constructs the evaluation index system of business model innovation ability of commercial enterprises,and puts forward evaluation methods based on Grey Theory and Fuzzy Evaluation Theory.Finally,based on the previous research,this paper takes Wanda Business Management Group as the object,analyzes its path selection,organization management and ability evaluation of innovation,and summarizes the experience and shortcomings of its business model innovation management based on e-commerce environment.The conclusion of this paper enriches the theoretical research content of business model innovation management,and provides inspiration,suggestions and management basis for business model innovation management of Chinese business enterprises in the e-commerce environment.
