In the new era, with the improvement of China's economic development level, the development model is gradually changing from "scale" and "speed" to "efficiency" and "quality",and the industrial structure is also constantly upgrading and optimizing. As a core element of the economic development of a country or region, financial resources play an important role in promoting industrial development and structural upgrading. However, while the level of socio-economic development is rapidly increasing, the efficiency of financial resource allocation is not satisfactory, which seriously hinders the high-quality growth of our national economy. At present, the reorganization and integration of limited financial resources on a larger scale is conducive to the optimization and rational allocation of financial resources, thereby speeding up the speed of financial operations and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, which is also an inevitable choice for China to speed up the supply-side structural reform. This paper focuses on the impact of financial resource allocation efficiency on industrial restructuring upgrading when spatial spillovers are considered.Firstly, the background and significance of the study are introduced, and the domestic and international literature on financial resource allocation efficiency and industrial structure upgrading are summarized and combed, and the current situation of financial resource allocation and industrial structure upgrading are compared and analyzed from the national and provincial perspectives. Then based on the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of the effect of financial resource allocation efficiency on industrial structure upgrading, the paper chooses CCR model of the Data Envelope Approach(DEA)to measure the financial resource allocation efficiency of 31 provinces in China from 2008 to 2018.Lastly,the spatial adjacency matrix is selected to construct the Spatial Durbin Model to examine the spatial spillover effect of financial resource allocation efficiency on industrial structure upgrading.Based on the empirical results, the conclusions are as follows:(1)The level of financial resource allocation efficiency generally shows an increasing trend, but the efficiency of financial resource allocation varies significantly from province to province, and shows a decreasing distribution pattern from east to west.(2)There is a significant positive spatial correlation of industrial structure upgrading, with the provinces in the "high-high" region mainly located in the eastern region, while the provinces in the "low-low" region mainly located in the western region, and the spatial path of industrial structure upgrading in China: L-L?H-L,H-L?H-H-H or L-L.(3)The efficiency offinancial resource allocation has a negative spatial spillover effect, and improving the efficiency of local financial resource allocation is conducive to the upgrading of the local industrial structure, but not to the upgrading of the industrial structure in the surrounding areas. In terms of other control variables, the degree of openness to the outside world and economic development can promote industrial upgrading, while technological innovation has a negative impact on industrial upgrading. Finally, based on the results of the above analysis, this paper proposes policy suggestions to improve the efficiency of financial resource allocation and promote industrial structure upgrading. This thesis has 20 figures,12 tables,136 references...
