With the development of the times and the progress of science,the competition among enterprises is more and more reflected in the technology,and the progress of technology is inseparable from excellent talents,who play a decisive role in the development of enterprises for a long time.Therefore,how to properly establish a scientific and systematic salary system,reasonably establish a fair and equitable salary system,so as to improve employee satisfaction,reduce employee turnover rate,and at the same time encourage employees to devote themselves and improve efficiency,has become the key to the operation and development of enterprises.As the largest equipment manufacturing enterprise in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,company A has the background of state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises and large manufacturing enterprises.Its business scope includes machinery manufacturing,automobile manufacturing and assembly,railway vehicle parts and other businesses,involving military products,civil products,military civilian integration and other businesses.With the implementation of one belt,one road initiative,company A has stepped onto the international stage and has begun to participate in international competition in many dimensions.It is not only reflected in the market,business and talent competition,but also how to properly motivate employees and how to develop their productive capacity has become the content that company A must consider in its operation and development.Through literature analysis,interview investigation and empirical analysis,this paper comprehensively and deeply studies the relevance of employee compensation,employee behavior and enterprise value under the current situation and history of company A,which helps to understand the current situation and existing problems of human resource management in company A.Based on the study of the relationship between employee compensation,employee behavior and enterprise value in company A,we can find some conclusions: First of all,there is a significant negative correlation between employee compensation and employee turnover rate,and there is a significant positive correlation between employee compensation and employee productivity.Theimprovement of salary can reduce employee turnover rate and improve employee productivity.Secondly,employee behavior can affect enterprise value.Employee turnover rate has a significant negative correlation with enterprise value.Employee productivity has a significant positive correlation with enterprise value.When the employee turnover rate gets lower,the enterprise value get greater.When the employee productivity gets higher,the enterprise value get greater.In addition,the above relationships are significantly different in different industries,and the relationship between employee compensation,employee behavior and enterprise value is more significant.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions for the compensation system of company A,which can provide reference for the enterprises of the same industry and background:firstly,the scientific rationality of the compensation system design directly affects the effect of compensation on employee behavior incentive,so we should pay attention to the scientific rationality of the compensation incentive design itself,and pay attention to the combination of efficiency and fairness.Secondly,company A's subsidiaries have a wide range of businesses,and there may be a large gap in the operating results of its subsidiaries.Correspondingly,for subsidiaries in different industries,differentiated salary distribution system should be implemented,and for enterprises with poor operating efficiency,the basic salary of employees should be guaranteed,and the basic rights and interests of employees should be guaranteed.The gap between the core personnel who create value and ordinary employees can be widened to minimize brain drain.In addition to opening up the market and actively marketing,how to keep the core staff and continue to create value for the enterprise is also the enterprises need to pay attention to.
