At present,with the development of market economy in China,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.The competition among enterprises can be attributed to the competition of human resources to a large extent.In this situation,employee turnover is also increasingly frequent.One of the most important forms of employee turnover is employee turnover.Appropriate employee turnover can enhance the vitality and vitality of the enterprise and play an important role in the allocation of human resources.However,if the employee turnover rate exceeds or far exceeds the normal level,it will affect the competitiveness of the enterprise and reduce the sustainable development ability of the enterprise.Therefore,to improve the level of human resource management and keep the turnover rate in a reasonable range is particularly urgent in the current enterprise human resource management.Henan Jingtai Industrial Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Jingtai Company ")is an entity private enterprise,in the author's role as legal adviser for its service in the year,its labor relations dispute is more,the turnover rate is also very high,employee turnover has become the main factor affecting the normal and continuous operation and development of Jingtai Company.The research of this paper can not only solve the problem of employee turnover in Jingtai Company,improve the level of human resource management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also provide reference for other enterprises with the same industry or the same problems.Taking Jingtai Company as the research object,from the perspective of human resource management,this paper discusses the reasons for the high turnover rate of Jingtai employees,and analyzes the hidden employee turnover problems.The author made an interview survey outline from three angles of management,departing staff and serving staff.The contents of the survey mainly include the basic information of the interviewee,the relationship between the leader and the employee,the legal consciousness,the enterprise atmosphere,the satisfaction of the salary and welfare treatment,the investigation of the reasons for leaving or the factors of the tendency to leave,and the development of the employee itself.According to the results of the questionnaire,the overall satisfaction of Jingtai employees was low It is reflected in the lack of incentive and promotion system,the lack of welfare and salary system,the poor culture atmosphere,the sense ofbelonging and self-identity of employees.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of perfecting the separation management system,the contract text,the salary incentive,the performance promotion system,the legal compliance management and so on,so as to reduce the turnover rate of employees in Jingtai Company and provide the competitiveness of the enterprise.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above-mentioned coping strategies for employees' turnover management in Jingtai Company,we put forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of cultural construction,system guarantee and so on.
