Research On The Difficulties And Paths Of Peasant Household Income Increase In Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation

Poverty has been a worldwide problem,especially in the era of fast economic development.Even though the grass-root units of various countries are taking corresponding measures to eliminate the "cancer" of poverty.The development of rural tourism in full swing is expected to expand the industrial scale and improve the macroeconomic benefits,while bringing economic income to local farmers.The economic benefits of tourism can only meet the daily expenses of local farmers to achieve the target of poverty alleviation.Let them realize that the real growth of economic benefits is the significance of developing rural tourism.With the development of rural tourism in different places,many researchers found that tourism are disconnected from poverty alleviation,and farmers’ ability to obtain income is gradually reduced in the implementation of rural tourism.The tourism development failed to change the decreasing trend of farmers’ income.The income of farmers ends up with a dilemma.Macroeconomics is an index that needs to be paid attention to,and it is the income of farmers that needs to be studied.This paper selects Changling town in WanZhou district as the case study site.Changling town is the rural tourism poverty alleviation demonstration point in WanZhou district,which has typical research significance and representativeness.It is the key to solve the dilemma of raising farmers’ income in rural tourism poverty alleviation and explore the appropriate path.With the passage of time,the scale of rural tourism will gradually expand.In the meantime,the ability to participate in practitioners will gradually improve.Most of the farmers with low cultural quality and relatively lack of skills participate in rural tourism in a disorganized and decentralized manner.In the long run,it is inevitable that there will be a state of diminishing returns or difficulties in promotion.In the development of rural tourism,there are also some problems related to the distribution of interests.The phenomenon of "loss of power" exists,and the unbalanced income distribution leads to the further widening of the gap between the rich and the poor.There is no fixed quantitative value for the income distributed to farmers,so it is impossible to determine exactly how much the income of farmers is.Cannot weigh the rural tourism brings the poverty alleviation effect.The real significance of rural tourism poverty alleviation is to ensure the interests and rights of farmers in all aspects,to enable farmers to participate in rural tourism poverty alleviation accurately and efficiently,and to hold the benefits brought by tourism development in their hands.Only when the difficulties of farmers’ income promotion are solved can the young talents return to their villages one after another to offer suggestions for the development of rural tourism and finally realize poverty alleviation through diversified development of rural tourism.This paper illustrated the connotation of poverty,rural tourism,tourism poverty alleviation,the connotation of the revenue,and sorted out the documents related at home and abroad in recent years.Depending on the related theory,this paper made a field investigation on the development of Changling town,obtained the income conditions of local farmers after the development of tourism.Some local farmers were selected for semi-structured interviews to collect first-hand data on how difficult it is for farmers to improve their income.Listing the difficulties encountered by farmers in the rural tourism poverty alleviation and development,and then proposed specific solutions to achieve sustainable development.
